Good Morning.
This week we hosted our annual Newman Hilly 5 race, back at our old course starting at Hainault Forest Country Park.
A big thank you to everyone who raced or volunteered on the night, especially with the race clashing with a certain football match!
At the weekend the club were delighted to be able to send a male and female representative to compete in the London 10k.
Some hard decisions had to be made, and some good athletes missed out, but the criteria was met by these 2 hard working individuals and both did the club proud
