We have been advised that the track refurbishment that is taking place at Chelmsford will not be completed in time for the Outdoor championships in May.
Our sincere thanks goes to Thurrock Harriers AC who have very kindly agreed to host the event at their stadium at Blackshots, Springfield Road, Grays.
Parking – as well as the stadium the adjacent Rugby club will be available.
We would also like to take the opportunity of thanking both Woodford Green AC with Essex Ladies and City of Southend AC who had offered to support, if needed.
Please can you kindly advise your athletes of the change of venue.
TRACK 5K and 10K CHAMPIONSHIPS
Entry for these events has now opened.
The 10k championships will take place at Braintree on Friday 28th July 2023.

The 5k championships will take place on Friday 16th June 2023. Venue still to be arranged – it will be either Ilford AC or Woodford Green AC with Essex Ladies. A decision will be made by the end of April.
