If you thought last week was a busy Press Report, just wait until you lay your eyes on this weeks.
Not only do we again report through all the disciplines and all the age groups but we also report from the British Masters in Finland where one of our athletes really excelled and did themselves and the club proud.
Plenty of medals this week but more importantly plenty of runners putting on the Ilford vest and doing the club proud.
Well done everyone and Thank you to all the coaches and people who work so hard behind the scenes helping make things happen
