Ladies and Gentlemen.
For your viewing pleasure, please find a link below for this weeks Press Report, another week where our runners shined.
A couple of the youngsters selected for English Schools selection, some nice shiny medals at the Essex Champs, an outstanding run from Ahmed and some great performances at the Southend Half Marathon.

Without much further ado (because Catherine is telling me to get on with it as she wants me out of the caravan and down the beach on this fine day) here is the report
