Marathon season continues with 3 marathons and some outstanding achievements including an incredible performance that catapults a young lady in to the Top 10 all-time female Ilford AC Marathon runners.
There’s also a half marathon featuring coach and someone who did a full marathon only the week before.

Some great achievements at Tiptree, but I’ve left my own piece of serious racing to the end, so as not to take away from anyone else’s performances !!

The newsletter contains some important fixture additions and changes, so be sure to give it a read.
