Please find below this weeks Press Report.
It seems like the rain has had an effect on the paperwork and laptops from Saturdays Essex Cross Country Relays as no results in yet, so apologies for the vagueness of the report from there.
Elsewhere another fantastic day for the club at the London Marathon both running and volunteering and well done to the small but perfectly formed squad at the Chingford League on Saturday.
