Please read the following instructions very carefully (I shall say this only once!) so that we can ensure Wednesday goes off as smoothly as possible.

Some people have been assigned 2 roles (some 3 ) so please read the attached carefully so that you are aware of your responsibilities on the day as I have added a couple of secondary roles for people after the original list was sent.
If you have any doubts please contact me as soon as possible.
Equally if you cannot make it I would rather know sooner than later, or not at all (nothing worse than someone just not turning up)

The attached map shows stewards positions – If you can work out where you are from the attached please go straight there and be in place by 7pm, if you are unsure can you arrive at the car park by 6:15pm and I shall walk you there.

I have added a role of ‘Race start officials’. This simply entails holding a piece of paper with timings on so that we can organise the start funnel into runners expected times.

Can all 11 stewards please text me your numbers on 07921 917801 (even if you think I have it already) so
a) I can check on the day you are in place and
b) I can send you Robins number, who is the person you should contact immediately if there is an ‘incident’ on your part of the course.

Finally a big thank you to everyone who has offered their help, especially those that have forfeited their race to do so. As you can see no race can happen without an army of helpers, it’s a lot more than just turning up and running.
Can everyone arrive as close to 6pm as they can (unless you are a steward and know where you are going) so we have no last minute panic.
