This week saw the comeback kid Terry Knightley smash a club record (and it wasn’t for record number of different hair cuts) in the Essex sunshine.
Elsewhere the club put in a great show at the Chingford League relays which will be reported on next week when official results come in – At present they are still trying to work out how long it took Sharon Honey to realise her wave had already started before she set off !!
