Following on from last weeks successful 5k Handicaps, which was featured in the Ilford Recorder, I have put together a little newsletter so that members can find out what is currently happening at the club.

Despite their being no races for the foreseeable future we are working hard to keep activities happening and to keep our members in touch with us and each other whilst operating within all guidelines set by England Athletics.

All training and social activities are available to all members
