First of all thank you to everyone who has offered their help for the
Hilly 5.
Our new (temporary) route meant far more marshals than normal and i’m
pleased to say all positions have been filled.

I shall be doing a walk around mid afternoon and placing markers where I
want the marshals but if you are unsure from the map where you are then
please arrive by no later than 6pm when I will take marshals out to
their positions.
If you know your positions please arrive prior to 7:30 start and more
importantly please inform me if you are not going to make it.

We will be telling people if they want toilet facilities to use the Main
car park on Fox burrows road, but the people I have allocated for car
park marshalling will be doing so on the field adjacent the start which
we will open and allow everyone to use.

Attached maps are not to scale (and you’re right, no artist was employed
to draw them out !!!) and some paths that we are not using have just
been shown for reference.

The lap of the field after lap 1 / end of race is going to be very
dependent on the grass being cut (which we have requested) so may be
subject to late change
