I will need the name of any runner intending to run in the Chingford League this Saturday by THURSDAY 23rd latest.
You will not be able to enter on the day as numbers need to be assigned in advance.
Those who ran at Hog Hill who are intending to run, remember to bring the numbers you were issued at Hog Hill.

Start 11am, Venue is the same as for the relays (RM10 7FJ) a similar course, but with 2 laps. Trails, not spikes.

Also, they are looking for some volunteers to marshal?
Any London Marathoners prepared to help out?
