Good afternoon.
Trust everyone has had a good Christmas and are recovering well from all the parties and events attended over the last few days!!!

This week in a bid to encourage the more average of us runners to participate in the Who’s Who series we are featuring someone who for the past 2 years has been voted ‘Worst Runner in East London and Essex’ (the second of which was a little surprising as Andy Catton was on the voting panel)
