Another very busy week for the club with Ilford AC being represented on the Road and Track and field. Also a nice haul of Essex medals gained.
I have had to hold back the SAL meet for a week whilst all results are collated, and I’m far too modest to include my ‘Winchelsea Sands Holiday Camp 3 mile road race’ victory
