Ilford AC hosted the last race in the Essex Cross Country League on Saturday.
May I take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped out on the day in some capacity.
I know your team mates appreciate the encouragement on the way round and of course without your help there is no race.

Some very good performances, on what was a proper muddy cross country course.
