This week our athletes shone in two of the Capital cities of the EU.
Outside of the EU there were also some sterling performances from Ilford AC athletes in London, England

Reports from The European Masters in Italy and the Essex 10 in Saaarfend are being held back until next week so as to space out reports in order to maximise newspaper coverage.
