Please find below this weeks Press report, but firstly a message from one of our Presidents in this our Centenary tear –
“I wonder if you can find space on the website or wherever it’s likely to be read to record my congratulations to the Club members who have succeeded in gaining promotion in the Southern League.
I had hoped to be there for the final match but was unable to turn up to my great regret.
Fantastic achievement by all concerned throughout the season.
Also my congratulations to Henri Ricketts and the Vets’ team that managed to win the SCVAC League, and also to the many members who turned out to stamp Ilford AC’s presence on the event at the Valentines Park Run pictured in the recent press report.
The press reports make very good reading these days and it is great to see the Club on the up-and-up in it’s Centenary Year.
My very best wishes for further successes to all involved”
