Firstly apologies for the deluge of information this morning – Lots coming in at the same time.

We have been given mile 9 again (same as last year) for the Ilford station which is close to Canada Water Station
Please would you sign up and register your interest using the link below if you are able to help out.
We need 60 just for ONE Marathon place, so enlist your friends and family !
