On Wednesday 6th July, 7.30pm, your club are hosting our annual ‘NEWMAN HILLY 5’ race as part of the Elvis series.
This year, for one year only, we will be utilising the course we used for the Essex League match because of ongoing work in Hainault Forest.
We urgently need volunteers to enable the race to run smoothly.
Unlike the Essex League, it’s a ‘one-off’ race so you aren’t going to be required for as long.
We need marshals, car park assistants, funnel helpers, time keepers, I.T scorers, help on the water station, handing out bars at the finish etc etc.
If you aren’t racing, please consider helping. If you are racing please consider providing a family member to help.
Contact either myself or Andy Catton.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee what you are doing until we know numbers so please don’t mail in with (for example) “I’ll do the water station”.
Peoples ages and mobility will of course be taken into consideration
