This weekend saw Ilford AC host an Essex League match for the first time in over 35 years.
All feedback from other club officials has been very positive both about the course and the marshals.

With this fresh in the mind I am now starting to compile a list of marshals for our 10 Mile Cross Country Championships on Sunday 13th February.

We will need at least 8 before I can start pairing people up, so even if you have verbally told me before you will help please contact me so I can start a list.
If you are not running (and very disappointedly only 4 Ilford runners have entered for our very own championships) then we would expect you to help out at one of only two events the club put on in the year.
