Following previous emails and follow up’s, the following athletes will be registered for the Chingford League match at Hogg Hill on Saturday 18th September.
Only those registered can run on Saturday, there will be no on the day entries.

If you somehow missed any of my previous emails and wish to race Saturday I must know by 10pm tonight.
