Hi folks,
Gary Floate (Incumbent President and statsman) has been using his time during lockdown to great advantage and beaverishly built up the club records and best performances to include up to 50 of the best(sometimes even more) for each distance/discipline in Road and Track & Field and across all categories. All can be seen under the records tab of the club site ilfordathleticclub.co.uk.

As usual any amendments and corrections to Gary please.
