Just a couple of reminders.

If you wish to enter the clubs Easter Handicaps on Saturday April 3rd at 10am please contact Gary Floate.
We would also like a few more people to come forward and volunteer to be a Marshall.

Chingford League, Monday April 5th 12:10pm
If you wish to run in this you MUST let me know by midday 30th March. No late entries can be accepted. Please email me your name, Date of Birth and expected 5k time.
Those that have entered should have had a confirmation email from me. If you didn’t receive this please get back to me
