Coming to you direct from Vauxhall Holiday Park where the sun is hot and the internet is slow (2 adjectives often used by my running buddies to describe me), please find below this weeks very busy Press Report.

Very modestly I have omitted my own run this morning where I beat a couple of schoolkids and old people (even older than myself) to win the Vauxhall Holiday park 5m championships
