Hi All
Reminder the handicap 5k is next saturday 10am at Barking Park. I have 22 entered so far, but only 6 helpers, which means we wont be able to marshall the course. If you want to run, please let me know asap, I would prefer not to take entries on the day. Also anyone feel like being a marshall, let me know. Thanks Gary
