All Club e-mail messages can now be viewed via the Ilford AC web site link at ilfordathleticclub.co.uk/messages

Please note that the gates to the clubhouse in Lambourne road are currently out of action.
From tomorrow (Wednesday) the house owners hope to have the gates on manual until the problem is resolved.
The gates will need a bit of a push but please make sure you close them properly when leaving.
