All Club e-mail messages can now be viewed via the Ilford AC web site link at ilfordathleticclub.co.uk/messages

Hi folks,
You are probably aware we have been working on a new email system for Club messages. Although now easier to maintain from the admin point of view it has inevitably, as is often the case with bulk emails, led to a few minor issues with regard to delivery.

In order to give everybody the best possible chance of receiving/accessing club emails the website will now also hold a copy of all messages sent. In addition to this it will also send a notification email to each of you telling you that a new message has been sent plus a link to where it can be viewed. The email containing the original message content will also be sent to you so hopefully most of you will receive 2 emails giving you a 2nd chance to view if the original email fails.

Both emails will also contain a link that contains the list of all messages sent so if you are extremely unlucky and dont receive either email and believe you have missed a message you can still view all messages via the link ilfordathleticclub.co.uk/Messages. It might be a good idea to check this periodically in any case.

I will continue to monitor any bounces and adjust the system as required. Billy has also asked you to check your junk folder for missing messages and add to your safe sender list if necessary.

This email is the first of the new system version so you should now see the enhancements in operation.
