he last southern athletics league (Sal) is on Saturday 30th august in Ware SG2 0UQ

Please let me know by 25th aug if you are available, there is a coach for this event leaving Ilford track at 920 cost of £5. I am asking for early confirmation so I can work out travel so when you reply please confirm if travelling independently or by coach. It is likely there will not be room on the coach for spectators

If anyone is available to help officiate please let me know
