Endurance group training
This week we will get back in to the park for our Wednesday Harriers session, but for the next week or two can we aim for a 6:45 start as we aim to beat the light.
On Thursday can we aim to START from the carpark opposite the school on Lambourne road at 7pm sharp. This is NOT on the fields, but will involve a bit of mud so please bring appropriate footwear.
