A reminder that we are still short of Volunteers for the clubs 10m Cross Country Championships next Sunday.
At a minimum we will need 9 Marshal points on the route. I have 9/10 kind people as below, but would like to pair people up or at least operate shifts.
Please get in touch if you can spare a couple of hours to help your club at this prestigious event for Ilford AC
