Essex XC League – Please note important rule changes

I know nearly all of you will all have seen the following announcement regarding rule changes with the Essex League this season, but just in case there is anyone who hasn’t – please read the below carefully.
You cannot just turn up on the day now and expect to run.
⭐️ Important changes to the Essex cross-country leagues from Round 2 Gloucester Park Basildon onwards ⭐️
Please find below a message from the organisers of the Essex XC League races.
ALL athletes from under 13 upwards who want to run in any League race this season need to set up an account with Roster Athletics as soon as possible.
Ideally this should be done by 15th October 2023 to allow us time to order/receive the race numbers prior to the fixture on 28th October. For junior athletes the Roster Athletics account will have to be set up by an adult to enter the young athlete into their race.
The link below will take you to the Roster Athletics website. You can also download the App from the App Store.
Once you register on Roster Athletics – search for Essex Cross Country League – you can then select each forthcoming event and register.
