ESSEX GRAND PRIX EVENTS
UPDATE

Entries are selling out fast for both the 5 mile and 10 mile events which will form part of the 2022 Essex Grand Prix series.

We would be grateful if you could kindly remind your club athletes that if they wish to enter they should do as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Details of both events are:-

Witham 10 miles

This is taking place on 2nd May 2022.

POSSIBLE COACHING AND RUNNING SEMINAR
At the last Essex AA Committee meeting it was agreed that we would consider hosting a networking event for coaches in Essex. We would be grateful if you could ask your membership whether there would be any interest if we organised a seminar responding to essexathleticaasec@aol.com with numbers. If there is sufficient interest, further details will follow.
