First call for Volunteers for when Ilford AC host the Essex League fixture on November 8th.
The league will do all the timing and admin, we need people prepared to stand out on the course and marshal.
Please consider giving up your time, as every race you do depends on volunteers, or they wouldn’t go ahead.
