Vitality London 10k

Ilford AC had 2 runners competing this weekend in the Vitality London 10k in central London.

Alison Sale was first home in a time of 54 minutes 38 seconds, followed just over a minute later by Shahnaj Begum in 55 minutes 

Vitality Westminster Mile

We also had 2 competitors in the Vitality Westminster Mile, which was held the day before.
Fabrizio Stefanoni ran 5 minutes 4 seconds, to finish 28th overall and 4th in his age grouping.
Alan Pearl 6 minutes 38 seconds for a 122nd placing and 6th in his age grouping

Basildon Half Marathon
In a large field of over 800 runners, Ilfords Chris King ran a magnificent time of 1 hr 20 mins and 49 secs to finish in 13th place in the Basildon Half Marathon at the weekend
