Last Friday 5k Hyde Park

Two athletes from Ilford travelled to Hyde Park on Friday to take part in the Last Friday 5k, this event is held every month and usually attracts fields of over 200 runners, and is ideal for those that ‘work from home’!

First home for the club was Sam Rahman, who finished in 14th place overall, and 2nd V40 in a time of 17 minutes 17 seconds. Backing Sam up was Stephen Lacey who came home in 107th in twenty two minutes 32 seconds
