Notable Performances: 2013- Silver in the 100m at the Essex Championships
(U20)
2013- Bronze in the 60m at the
Essex Indoor Championships (U20)
2012- Silver in the 60m at the
Essex Indoor Championships (U17)

Representative Honours: Tino, Coach and I were chosen to receive a £5000
cheque for sport in the council.

Most Satisfying Performances: To be honest I am never 100% satisfied with my
performance. My most satisfying performance is still to come.

My Biggest Disappointment: Not winning Gold at this year’s Essex
Championships in the 100m

My Most Embarrassing Moment: I haven’t actually had a really embarrassing
moment in my track life however I am dreading the day I experience it!

Typical Weeks Training: Loads of core and sprints at the moment.

Favourite Sessions: Sledge pulling sessions.

Who is your Greatest Rival?: Myself

How would you improve the sport of Athletics: Haha I would put walls up in
the lanes so you can’t see any one else in the race and how far ahead or
behind they are. This way you have no way of judging throughout the race. I
would also remove the clock from the track so that it is a waiting game once
the race is done. I think this would make the sport much more exciting! Not
knowing who crossed the line first, who qualified or has won – it could be
anyone’s game.

What car do you Drive: Public Transport J

Favourite Athlete or Sportsperson: I don’’t have a favourite! I like too
many! Being from a Jamaican background I do support all Jamaican athletes as
well as the GB ones! I do like to watch Carmelita Jeter too!

What other sports do you follow: I don’’t really follow it but now and then I
like to watch Formula 1 with my dad. I also like netball.

Best Country Visited: Jamaica

Favourite Food and Drink: Far too many! I love anything to do with meat
especially chicken and pork!

Favourite TV Shows: Love Coronation Street and Eastenders! I do like reality
TV too now and then!

Last Film Seen: Ted

Last Book Read: Gold Rush by Michael Johnson

Favourite Singer/Band: Again! Far too many! Right now I really like Miguel
and J Cole Power Trip, but I also like these new house tunes!
